Circle 8 Newco Hires Arnold Mabee as New CEO

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)—Ault Alliance, Inc. (NYSE American: AULT), a diversified holding company (“Ault Alliance” or the “Company”), announced today that effective April 1st, 2023, Arnold Mabee will become CEO of Circle 8 Newco LLC (“Circle 8 Crane Services”), an indirect subsidiary of Ault Alliance, with Phillip Bryson continuing on with the firm as President.

Arnold comes to Circle 8 after most recently serving as President of Sterling Crane, USA, a diverse crane services company with nine branch locations across the United States, a modern fleet of more than 200 mobile cranes, and over 225 employees. Arnold has over 30 years of operational and senior level management experience in a variety of industries including all aspects of mobile crane and heavy haul services, steel service centers and other industrial services businesses. With a passion for operational excellence, Arnold has a long history of improving profitability and significantly growing business, including more than doubling revenue in his previous tenure at Sterling Crane.

Circle 8 is a crane rental and lifting solutions provider founded in 2007 and headquartered in Corpus Christi, TX with multiple locations throughout the South Central region of the U.S. It maintains a large modern fleet of mobile cranes for its customers’ heavy lifting needs. In particular, Circle 8 provides crane operators, engineering, custom rigging and transportation services for oilfield, construction, commercial and infrastructure markets.
