Circle 8 Crane Services (C8CS) cares about our customers and is committed to protecting their privacy.  The Privacy Policy (referred to herein as “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) is intended to inform you of the type of personal information C8CS collects from you, how it is used and what steps are taken to ensure that your personal information is kept confidential and safe.  This Policy also outlines how customers can make their preferences know regarding when and how C8CS may send marketing communications to you.

What Information We Collect

C8CS website does not use cookies.  C8CS only collects personal information that is provided voluntarily by you.  Personal information collected by C8CS is primarily used to provide crane services to you.  The information is used for customer enrollment, internal analysis, communications, and marketing purposes.  The information we collect is not sold to or shared with others except as otherwise required by law or disclosed to you in the Privacy Policy.

How We Collect Information

C8CS is required to collect information during the establishment of service eligibility process and the information may be collected in a variety of ways.

To establish service with C8CS customers are required to provide a minimum amount of information necessary to activate an account.  The personal information may be collected through online emails, handwritten forms that are faxed or sent as a PDF, verbally over the phone by C8CS representatives (i.e., account services, sales, and customer services personnel).

The following information is typically needed to establish services with C8CS.  Address, government issued identification number, social security number, telephone number, and email address if available.  Additionally, active, and potential customers may be asked to provide a credit application.  C8CS may run a credit review on active and potential customers at any time C8CS deems necessary for credit purposes.  We protect personal information against unlawful and/or unauthorized access (both physical and logical), use, sharing, loss and damage.

C8CS may update this privacy statement from time to time. We will publish all changes on our website. The latest version of our privacy statement will replace all earlier versions, unless otherwise indicated.
